Sarah came to me wanting a strong athletic look, but her main goals were actually performance based. As a mum she didn't see motherhood as a barrier to achieving amazing strength gains. A 1.5x bodyweight squat and 2x bodyweight dedadlift were particular highlights.

Juno wanted to transform her physique. The goal was to lose excess body fat whilst building sustainable training habits to allow her to shape her physique with more muscle being added to her frame. Sam was in a bad place, he won't mind me saying. He found himself in a bit of a hole mentally and physically.
